Another marker of the Warriors stunning run to the NRL Finals is set to be reached

The New Zealand-club are expected to go past the half-a-million mark for combined home and away attendance for the first time in their 29-year history at Saturday's final round match against the Dolphins in Brisbane.

It comes after a capacity crowd of 25 thousand for the Warriors last regular season home game against the Dragons last week lifted total attendance for their matches this season to 471 thousand.

The Dragons match also gave the Warriors an attendance of 272 thousand for home games this season - second only to the club's inaugural season in 1995.

The third-placed Warriors are already guaranteed a top four-finish going into this week's final round of matches.
