A stirring post-game speech by Warriors halfback Shaun Johnson has inspired belief a maiden NRL premiership is achievable next year

The Kiwi side have been trounced 42-12 by the Broncos in the preliminary final at Suncorp Stadium, failing to stifle a flow of offloads which kept the hosts on the front foot.

It marks the end of Andrew Webster's first year in charge, after leading the Warriors to a top four finish and their first prelim final since 2011.

Captain Tohu Harris has echoed Johnson's sentiment - saying they'll use the pain to drive them forward.



The Broncos will face the Panthers in the NRL final next Sunday.
