Nathan Cleary steered the Panthers to a 26-24 triumph over Brisbane - having trailed 24-8 with 18 minutes to play.
The halfback set up a try and scored the match winner.
He was awarded the Clive Churchill medal for his efforts.
Cleary's been asked if the last 20 minutes was the best he's performed.
The Panthers are the first team since Parramatta 40 years ago to complete three titles in succession.
