    Two New Zealanders are in the mix for pole position at tomorrow's Bathurst 1000


    Defending champion Shane van Gisbergen and rookie Matt Payne have qualified seventh and eighth - respectively in qualifying - with the former leaving it until the last lap to secure a spot in this afternoon's top ten shootout.

    Championship leader Brodie Kostecki's qualified fastest - and says their preparation has gone to plan, on Sky Sport.



    Kiwi Andre Heimgartner's qualified 13th.
