The Kiwis have named four debutants in their first international side of the year for Saturday's Pacific Championship clash against Samoa at Eden Park

Centre Matthew Timoko and hooker Fa'amanu Brown will get their first starts, with forwards Griffin Neame and Leo Thompson coming off the interchange.

The team features 12 players who appeared in last year's World Cup semi-final loss to the Kangaroos.

Warriors fullback Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad features, as does the Roosters' Joey Manu in the centres.

Jahrome Hughes and Dylan Brown will partner in the halves.
