    The November 1 deadline has lifted, meaning clubs can negotiate with those coming off contract at the end of next season.

    The Sydney Morning Herald claim the Dragons are preparing a multi-million dollar offer for Kiwis and Roosters player Joseph Manu.

    Warriors off contract next year include captain Tohu Harris, halves Shaun Johnson and Luke Metcalf, and Dally M winger of the year Dallin Watene-Zelezniak.
