The Warriors may need to plan for life without prop Addin Fonua-Blake

The Warriors may need to plan for life without prop Addin Fonua-Blake

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

The club's confirmed the reigning Dally M prop of the year has requested an immediate release from the Warriors on compassionate grounds, as he wants to be closer to his parents in Sydney.

Chief executive Cameron George is considering the request.

Telegraph reporter Michael Carayannis - who broke the story - says Jacob Saifiti from the Knights is a possible replacement, but that comes with a caveat.

Hear the rest of the Michael Carayannis interview on Sportstalk tonight from 7pm.

St George Illawarra coach Shane Flanagan has expressed desire to bring Fonua-Blake to the Dragons.
