    Grace Nweke's training load will continue to be managed as she continues her return to full fitness at this weekend's Fast5 netball tournament in Christchurch


    The Silver Ferns shooter featured during the Constellation Cup series against Australia but missed the Taini Jamison series against England and most of the World Cup due to a knee injury.

    Nweke considered taking leave like the rest of the Ferns, but wanted to get some more court time.
