Supercars drivers will meet the famous 'Turn 8' as the final round of the series fires into life at the Adelaide circuit this afternoon

The sweeping high speed corner has a narrow entry and zero run-off at its exit - leaving no room for error.

Kiwi racer Andre Heimgartner says the turn presents a daunting challenge.



The second practice session for the Adelaide 500 starts at 3 this afternoon - with qualifying for tomorrow's first race at 8pm.
