    The Penrith playmaker has confirmed the worst kept secret in the game, by announced he'll link up with the Marshall-coached Tigers after a final year at the three-time champs.

    Luai says Marshall's exploits for the Tigers in leading them to the 2005 premiership converted him into a league fan.
