A reprieve for Denis Shapovalov at the ASB Men's Tennis Classic in Auckland

The former top 10 ranked player was set to enter qualifying to try and force his way into the tournament proper which starts on Monday.
Injury troubles have seen Shapovalov fall outside the top 100.
However a late wildcard to the main draw has been offered to the Canadian after a couple of players withdrew from the tournament overnight.
The men's draw has been made with top seeds Ben Shelton and Cam Norrie receiving first round byes.
French wildcard Gael Monfils will play Shelton should he win his first match.
