Behind for most of Super 58 the Chiefs hung tough to force overtime and then triumph with just seconds left on the clock - becoming the first team to win back-to-back titles in two decades.
Wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. scored the winning touchdown and told ESPN that after four playoff wins on the road, the Chiefs simply can't be written off.
It was Hardman's first - and only - touchdown of the season.
In the previous two playoff games he had two touches...and fumbled twice!
