    Aaron Gate's Olympic preparation will change gears from track to road cycling and back again over the next four months


    He's won both the omnium and Madison at the latest UCI event in Hong Kong.

    Gate's returned home with family to Andorra where he'll focus back on the road before rejoining his pro team.
