The NRL's independent doctor allowed Warriors fullback Taine Tuaupiki to play on for over three minutes after a nasty head knock early in the second half with Raiders opposite Jordan Rapana.

Tuaupiki went on to fail his HIA and Rapana was never checked.

Endacott's told The Big League Podcast he couldn't believe they weren't immediately removed from the field.
