    The New Zealand women's cricket team have succumbed to a four-wicket loss in their opening one-day international against England in Wellington


    An unbeaten 130-run partnership between Amy Jones and Charlie Dean saw the visitors chase 208 despite being 79 for six early on.

    The White Ferns collapsed in the first innings for 207 all-out after a 90-run first wicket stand from Suzie Bates and Bernadine Bezuidenhout .

    Captain Melie Kerr's ruing missed opportunities on TVNZ.
