A spate of cash box thefts on Wellington buses

A spate of cash box thefts on Wellington buses

Police are investigating four reports of robberies targeting bus drivers last week, and say they all appear to be linked.

Each time, two young people wearing hoodies have got on a bus on Petone's High Street, and stolen the till.

Police say they've found two of the four stolen boxes, and investigations are ongoing.

No drivers have been injured, but several have been offered support.
