Injured Australian Open tennis champion Jannik Sinner is casting doubt on his participation at the looming French Open

The world number two pulled out of his Madrid Open quarterfinal last week after suffering a hip injury.

Sinner's opted to skip the ATP tournament starting in Rome on Wednesday - and the 22-year-old Italian says he'll only play at Roland Garros is he's back to 100 per cent fitness.
