    Dragons prop Hame Sele is set to miss the rest of rugby league's NRL season after being diagnosed with a serious heart condition

    Sele was hospitalised after leaving the field in the first half of St. George's loss to Canterbury-Bankstown due to chest pain.

    The Daily Telegraph's reporting Sele's been diagnosed with pericardial effusion - meaning fluid around the sack of the heart.
