Hospitality New Zealand wants more prosecutions of underage drinkers putting their businesses at risk

A teenager has been charged with fraud for illegally altering drivers' licences, police believe was to help high school students get into bars.
But Hospitality New Zealand Advocacy and Policy Manager Nadine Mehlhopt says we don't see enough of these prosecutions .
She says minors should be held accountable for putting premises at risk of having their licences suspended.
