The Warehouse Group's announced a 23.7 million dollar net loss in the six months to the end of January.
It's also revealed plans to sell or close its online shopping website TheMarket.com, just weeks after selling Torpedo7 for just a dollar.
First Retail Group Managing Director Chris Wilkinson says there'll be more closures from other businesses.
He says the Warehouse won't be alone in this, and other retailers are facing similar plights, such as Kathmandu.
