Former All Blacks skills coach Andrew Strawbridge is thrilled at the prospect of linking up with England on a more regular basis

Strawbridge, a long time servant of rugby in Waikato, has been appointed on a permanent basis to Steve Borthwick's coaching team.

He stepped in during the Six Nations as a consultant.

Strawbridge says he was hugely impressed by the England coaching set-up.



Strawbridge plans to remain based in New Zealand and will travel as necessary.
