Gisborne and Hawke's Bay Fine tonight. Cloud increasing tomorrow afternoon and scattered showers developing.
Wairarapa, Marlborough and Nelson Fine tonight. Scattered showers developing for a time tomorrow.
Buller and Westland Partly cloudy with isolated showers.
Canterbury Cloudy periods. Scattered showers developing this evening, then becoming confined inland about the ranges tomorrow.
Otago, Southland and Fiordland A few showers south of Alexandra, clearing tomorrow afternoon. Mainly fine elsewhere, but cloud and a possible shower in North Otago tomorrow evening.
