Paul Walker to produce and star in Vehicle 19

Paul Walker is set to star in and produce new movie ‘Vehicle 19’, which will be directed by South African filmmaker Mukunda Michael Dewil.

Paul Walker is set to star in new movie ‘Vehicle 19’.

The actor has signed up for the lead role in the film, which will be directed by South African filmmaker Mukunda Michael Dewil, who also wrote the script.

The indie thriller centres on an unsuspecting traveller (Walker) in a foreign country who picks up the wrong rental car and becomes tangled in a web of corruption by the local police.

As well as starring in the movie, Walker will also serve as ex ecutive producer with filming set to begin in South Africa at the end of the summer.

With his career going from strength-to-strength, Walker – who is currently starring in ‘Fast Five’ – has previously revealed he has to teach himself to relax away from work.

He said: "I'm still learning how to relax. And a while ago I started to feel run down. My doctor pointed out I was running on empty. He said that when you're young it's not really an issue, but one of these days you're going to get older, and you'll crash. He said, 'You're going to have to learn to take strolls on the beach to relax.' I didn't think I was capable."
