    Robert Pattinson and Daniel Radcliffe to go head to head

    Robert Pattinson and Daniel Radcliffe will go head to head at this year’s Teen Choice Awards


    ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ star Robert will take on ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1’ actor Daniel in the ‘Choice Movie Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy’ category, while their female co-stars – Kristen Stewart and Emma Watson respectively - are both up for the female version of the award.

    The two films will themselves go head to head to see which will be named ‘Choice Movie: Sci-Fi/Fantasy’.

    ‘Twilight’ star Robert is up for four awards in total, including Choice Movie Actor: Drama for ‘Water for Elephants’ and Choice Movie: Liplock for his kiss with Kristen.

    In the latter category, Robert – who is dating Kristen off set - faces competition however, from his co-star Taylor Lautner – who has his own smooch with Kristen in ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’.

    The hunky ‘Twilight’ pair even find themselves head to head in all three categories Taylor is nominated in, including the coveted Choice Male Hottie.

    It is another Taylor who leads the musical nominations however, as Taylor Swift has picked up five nods, including Choice Music: Female Artist, Choice Music: Female Country Artist and Choice Music: Love Song, for her single ‘Mine’.

    Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber has only one nomination, out of four, for his songs - Choice Music: Male Artist – with his other nods for Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon: Male, Choice TV: Villain for his turn in ‘CSI’, and Choice Twit.

    Other stars to pick up nominations in the awards’ 66 categories included Johnny Depp, Eminem, Beyonce and Christina Aguilera.
