Julianne Moore offers to babysit her colleagues' children.

The 'Still Alice' star is reportedly developing a reputation as one of the nicest actresses in Hollywood and forms a close bond with all of her cast-mates and crews.

A source said: "You couldn't ask for a more generous person to work for in this business. She makes time for everyone, no matter their pay grade.

"She's even offered to babysit staffers' kids! She never forgets birthdays and hands out advice to anyone who needs it."

The 54-year-old actress also reportedly rehired several employees at the production company for her upcoming film 'Maps to the Stars,' eOne, after they were laid off.

The insider told America's OK! magazine: "She's all class and deserves every success."

Julianne, who has son Caleb, 17, and daughter Liv, 12, with director husband Bart Freundlich, recently admitted she made a conscious decision to focus on her personal life she rather than on her career because she wasn't happy until she started a family.

She said: "I didn't spend the time; I didn't invest. One thing I used to tell my women friends was, 'There's an expectation that your personal life is going to happen to you, but you're going to have to make your career happen. And that's not true.' You have to make your personal life happen as much as your career."
