Police say a man's taken them on a 20 minute foot race through Alexandra... proving there's no escape from the long leg of the law

A disqualified driver was spotted driving on Killarney Street and didn't stop when police asked him to.
The 29-year-old led police on a slow-speed car chase, driving around at the speed limit with a police car flashing its lights behind him, before he crashed into a fence.
He left his passenger in the car, and took off running for 20 minutes before police caught him.
They've charged him with a number of driving and drug-related charges.
