Up to 60 firefighters were involved at the height of the blaze, which started shortly after four this morning.
Fire and Emergency says there's nothing yet to indicated the cause at this stage, and investigators are on site.
The building is around 20 metres by 40.
It was well involved when crews arrived, and the flames broke through a fire wall to a neighbouring property.
