The construction firm that went under today owes about 40 million dollars to creditors

Ebert receiver John Fisk says they don't have an exact figure yet, but it is
clear is that there will be a shortfall - and creditors will be left out of
pocket.
Ebert has 15 big projects under way - including a new 57 million dollar acute
mental health unit, for Middlemore Hospital.
It's also building two apartment blocks in Auckland, Synlait plants in
Canterbury and Pokeno, an air drying factory at Gore, the new Indian High
Commission in Wellington, a new fire station in Upper Hutt and a contract for
Premier Beehive at Carterton.
