    A man charged over the hit-and-run death of an Oamaru teenager has pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to stop to ascertain injury


    The 30-year-old was granted interim name suppression when he appeared in the Oamaru District Court today.

    Fourteen year old Zara Blackie died when she was struck by his car in Severn St in October.
