Wellington's been pipped at the post by Hutt Valley

Wellington's been pipped at the post by Hutt Valley

Lime's launching its e-scooters in Lower and Upper Hutt today.

They're the first two cities in the region to get the electric scooters.

Wellington's been thinking about it, but there's been no real urgency from city councillors, especially after injuries started to be reported in Auckland and Christchurch.
