Fears Worksafe legislation will prevent parents joining school boards

The safety agency has charged a school board over the death of a 17 year old who drowned while on a school trip.
John Paul College Principal Patrick Walsh says the prosecution will put people off wanting to stand for board because of fear of being found liable.
He says schools are already feeling the effect with many cancelling trips and camps because of cost and fear of being prosecuted.
