    The Transport Accident Investigation Commission is appealing for witnesses to come forward following yesterday's unprecedented boating accident in Kaikoura


    Five people died and six others were rescued after a vessel capsized off Goose Bay yesterday

    Early reports suggested the boat collided with a whale, but has not been confirmed.

    Chief Investigator, Naveen Kozhuppakalam wants to hear from anyone who saw or recorded what happened - before, during or after the incident.
