    A Wanaka helicopter company has been fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for failures leading to a fatal helicopter crash


    Pilot Nick Wallis and his DoC worker passengers - Paul Hondelink and Scott Theobald - died near Wanaka Airport in October 2018.

    Otago Daily Times reports The Alpine Group has been sentenced in the Queenstown District Court today for failing to comply with its duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
