Ben Cook holds a property portfolio stretching from Auckland to Central Otago, including Countdown supermarkets and Bunnings stores.
He also owns iconic Auckland buildings such as the old Ponsonby Post Office, Farmers on Queen St and Britomart's red brick Brew on Quay.
