    Concerns remain high for the welfare of Tom Phillips' three children - now a warrant's been issued for his arrest


    The 36-year-old Marokopa man's been missing with the kids since December 2021.

    Police allege he and an unidentified female accomplice robbed Te Kuiti's ANZ in May at gunpoint, before fleeing on a motorbike.

    He's charged with aggravated robbery and wounding and unlawfully possessing a firearm.

    Acting Detective Inspector Andrew Saunders says news Phillips is accused of the robbery, was a shock to the children's family.

    He says the children's mother is very concerned.
