There's not much money in the kitty for the future Government

Finance Minister Grant Robertson proclaims the 'economy is turning a corner' -- with Treasury expecting it to grow 2.6 percent on average over the next four years.
But, whoever's next in charge will have to tighten the belt -- with net debt forecast to peak at 22.8 percent of GDP in 2025.
Westpac chief economist Kelly Eckhold says further spending by any government will have to be balanced by something like revenue initiatives or offsetting cuts.
He says future governments are going to have to make some difficult choices to make as they set their budgets over the next few years.
