Masterton mass murderer Raymond Ratima's taken the Parole Board to court

Masterton mass murderer Raymond Ratima's taken the Parole Board to court

He's claiming bias - after being denied release from prison, 14 times.

The now-55-year-old was jailed for life in 1993 for killing seven family members.

Open Justice reports Ratima's lawyer Roger Eagles argues it could create bias - that a Parole Board member was involved in a psychological report on Ratima in 1992.

Justice Lisa Preston will release her decision at a later date.
