    The State Highway 35 Gladstone Road Bridge in the Gisborne District has been closed temporarily so debris can be cleared off it

    The State Highway 35 Gladstone Road Bridge in the Gisborne District has been closed temporarily so debris can be cleared off it


    It will be blocked between Reads Quay and the Esplanade, there will be detours in place to guide motorists.

    It's because of heavy rainfall over the past day.

    Earlier, crews removed debris from the William Pettie Bridge.
