    Two kayakers have been found safe at Lake Wakatipu - after being reported missing late last night


    Queenstown Police were notified about 11pm the pair hadn't returned.

    Police Land Search and Rescue, Coastguard Queenstown and two rescue helicopters found the two on the shore early this morning, in good condition.

    Police are reminding people to be prepared for an outdoors trip, especially in the water.
