13 people have been arrested and 300 grams of methamphetamine seized in Waikato and Bay of Plenty

Police have searched properties in Rotorua, Tokoroa and Te Puke over three weeks - targeting the local supply of meth.

Officers also seized three firearms, 50-thousand dollars cash, stolen trailers, and three vehicles including a Harley Davidson.

Detective Sergeant Leonie Smith says those arrested face charges related to drug possession and involvement in organised crime.
