    Este Haim has got engaged

The Haim bassist is set to marry tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin and has showed off her new engagement ring, a square-cut diamond on a golden band

Este, 38, took to Instagram on Thursday (13.02.25) to show off her ring in a photo which saw her place her left hand over her heard while wearing a t-shirt bearing the slogan "I'm taken".

She didn't caption the post, and has yet to offer any further details about the proposal or her wedding plans.

But in response to one comment on her post that read, "Oh she's TAKEN taken", Este replied: "TAKEN IS RIGHT (sic)"

The following day, the 'If I Could Change Your Mind' hitmaker shared a screenshot of her Facetiming her "love" on her Instagram Story.

Este and Jonathan could be seen grinning broadly and she wrote over the photo: "happy valentine's day, i love you j.(sic)"

The couple, like Este's sisters and bandmates Danielle and Alana Haim, largely keep their personal lives private but have been pictured together a number of times.

They have been seen with friend Taylor Swift in her suite at Travis Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs games, as well as joining her at the US Open tennis tournament and being among the guests at the 'Karma' hitmaker's 34th birthday party.

Este previously spoke about the importance of loving herself.

She told The Cut in 2023: "I learned that self-love is really important, but I don't think I ever truly understood that until the last three or four years. There's an air of confidence that comes from just loving yourself, the good and the bad."

As well as her work with Haim, Este is also a successful composer, writing scores for various movies and TV shows, and she admitted it is something she's been fascinated by since childhood.

She said: "I've always been a huge fan of movie scores. I was the girl that would go to the movies on a Thursday night with a pillow and a blanket and order a huge popcorn. I still do that - the perfect Thursday night.

"We did our first EP with Ludwig Göransson, who just did 'Oppenheimer'. He was in the studio with us while simultaneously doing 'Fruitvale Station' and 'Community'. I was very much hyperfocused on Haim at the time, but I saw Ludwig doing it, and I think that kind of unlocked a curiosity within me that was awakened 11 or 12 years later when I scored 'Maid'.

"I kind of went into it blindly and trusted that I was just going to work my ass off and make sure that what I did was something I was proud of."
