    Oscar Piastri became the first dual winner of the season, with Mercedes' George Russell second and team-mate Lando Norris third.

    McLaren's constructors championship lead is now 58 points.

    Verstappen could only muster sixth - after an Auckland rush-hour like catalogue of calamities.



    Liam Lawson was relegated to 17th despite crossing in 13th - after two penalties for bumping Sauber's Nico Hulkenberg.
