    Three rifles, a shotgun, a semi-automatic rifle and cannabis have been found at a Kaitaia address


    Police found shotgun casings in a car being impounded - which led to the discovery of multiple firearms.

    It's after Police monitoring gang movements on Tuesday after a tangi near Awanui - impounded three vehicles, after various checks.

    A 34-year-old man has been charged with unlawful possession of firearms, ammunition and cannabis for supply.
