    More regional flight paths are being cut as civil aviation bills rise


    Regional operator, SoundsAir, is dropping its Blenheim to Christchurch, and Christchurch to Wanaka flights from September, driven by financial pressures, despite good passenger numbers.

    It's selling part of its fleet - and 10 jobs will go.

    CEO, Andrew Crawford, says costs have risen 300-thousand dollars.
