Matt Bellamy and Elle Evans have reportedly split

It has been claimed that the Muse frontman and the model amicably ended their six-year marriage in October 2025, and have been focused on co-parenting their two children - daughter Lovella, five, and 21-month-old son George - since.

An industry insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Matt and Elle quietly broke up last October, but their relationship is very amicable.

"They are now focused on co-parenting their children and still get on very well."

Matt, 47, and Elle, 36, have neither confirmed nor denied their separation at the time of publication.

Reports of a breakup for the couple - who got married in Malibu, California, in 2019 - come as Matt recently stepped out in Notting Hill, West London, with a mystery woman, and without his wedding ring on.

Matt and Elle - who started dating in 2015 after they met on the set of Muse's Mercy music video - have two children, daughter Lovella and son George.

George - who is named after Matt's dad - was welcomed into the world on Mother's Day in the US (12.05.24), a poignant date as it is Elle's mom Julie's birthday.

Matt and Elle divided their time between the UK and Los Angeles, where his 46-year-old ex-fiance, actress Kate Hudson's son Bingham, 14, lives.

And in May 2024, Kate admitted she would happily babysit his children.

Referring to Lovella, the Song Sung Blues star - who also has son Ryder, 22, with her 59-year-old ex-husband, musician Chris Robinson, and daughter Rani, seven, with her 39-year-old fiance, musician Danny Fujikawa - told People: "I'm like 'Yeah, bring her over!'

"And I'm sitting with all the kids, and I'm like, I am so happy we have this real family unit that's big. It's beautiful.

"Everybody's open to it and understands it's the most mature thing for the kids. And you can see it in them - they feel loved, they feel protected, they feel safe."

In August 2022, Matt admitted he wanted to become an American citizen.

The rocker - who grew up in Devon, South West England - also shared his wish to move back to the UK with Elle and Lovella, but only if Kate and Bingham would relocate, also.

Asked about moving back to the UK, he told The Sun newspaper: "I would like to, and Elle loves it too. I need to work on the ex. It's trying to get them both to want to come here simultaneously. It could happen one day.

"Even though I've lived in Los Angeles for 10 years now, this is still my home. I always spend a good chunk of time in Devon as well. I was raised in the nicest place in the world."
