Dean Barker wants to know when he can dial in to the start of Auld Mug preparations as skipper of the New York Yacht Club's American Magic challenge

There are doubts the opening America's Cup world series event in Cagliari will go ahead due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Barker's syndicate ships their boat from the United States to Sardinia on March 15.

If it departs, there will be a significant gap in their sailing schedule.
