    A woman arrested over a racist rant in a Rangiora department store has been granted police diversion


    Glenda Duff, was caught on video in a Farmers store asking a woman if she was "born and bred" in New Zealand.

    Diversion gives a second chance to first-time offenders on minor offences.

    Duff 's sentencing at Christchurch District Court was brought forward from tomorrow.
