    Police are still working to identify a body found in the front seat of a burning car near State Highway One north of Taupo last week


    The vehicle was found at a parking area in Atiamuri, near Hatupatu's Rock on Wednesday evening.

    A post mortem and scene examination have been completed - and the death is still being treated as unexplained.
