    Hamilton Police had a busy Saturday night in the CBD - with 30 arrests


    Three were for assault, 11 for disorderly behaviour, five for obstruction - and four people had active arrest warrants.

    Police say the arrests involved high levels of intoxication, obstruction and general disorder.

    Ten infringements were also handed out for drinking in a public place.
