Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a Levin park

Officers were called just after 5.30 yesterday afternoon to the park near Lake Horowhenua, and found the body in a building on the grounds.

Police are treating the death as suspicious ahead of a post-mortem.

A scene guard is in place with police still at the scene.
